تطلب مرشحين مؤهلين للوظائف التالية:
1- مسؤول تطوير الصادرات – المنتجات الطازجة (Export Development Officer – Fresh Produce)
الموقع: الجيزة
تبحث شركة GECO عن مسؤول تطوير صادرات ديناميكي ويسعى لتحقيق النتائج لدعم نمو أعمالنا في مجال تصدير المنتجات الطازجة. سيلعب المرشح الناجح دوراً رئيسياً في توسيع قاعدة عملائنا الدوليين، وتحديد فرص السوق الجديدة، وإدارة مستندات التصدير، ودعم استراتيجيات اختراق السوق.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تطوير وتوسيع محفظة العملاء الدوليين لشركة GECO.
تحديد واختراق أسواق تصدير جديدة للمنتجات الطازجة.
الحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين وتعزيزها.
تنسيق وإعداد مستندات التصدير ومتطلبات الشحن.
مراقبة وفهم لوائح الاستيراد الخاصة بكل سوق ومتطلبات العملاء.
إجراء بحوث السوق وتحليل المنافسين.
العمل عن كثب مع فرق العمليات واللوجستيات والجودة لضمان التنفيذ الناجح لبرامج التصدير.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
بكالوريوس العلوم (B.Sc.) في العلوم الزراعية (يعتبر ميزة قوية).
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال تصدير المنتجات الطازجة.
فهم قوي للأسواق الزراعية الدولية.
معرفة بمستندات التصدير والإجراءات اللوجستية.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابةً).
2- مسؤول مبيعات (Sales Officer)
الموقع: الإسكندرية
المتطلبات:
بكالوريوس العلوم (B.Sc.) في الزراعة أو التجارة (قسم لغة إنجليزية).
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المبيعات.
إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية.
خبرة في مبيعات الأسمدة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

General Company for Agricultural Agencies (GECO) is seeking qualified candidates for the following jobs:
1- Export Development Officer – Fresh Produce
Location: Giza
GECO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Development Officer to support the growth of our fresh produce export business. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our international customer base, identifying new market opportunities, managing export documentation and supporting market penetration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand GECO’s international client portfolio
Identify and penetrate new export markets for fresh produce
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Coordinate and prepare export documentation and shipping requirements
Monitor and understand market-specific import regulations and customer requirements
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Work closely with operations, logistics and quality teams to ensure successful execution of export programs
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Agricultural Sciences is a strong advantage
Minimum 3 years of experience in fresh produce exports
Strong understanding of international agricultural markets
Knowledge of export documentation and logistics procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
2- Sales Officer
Location: Alexandria
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Agriculture or Commerce (English Section)
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Good command of English
Fertilizer sales experience is a plus
